Convenient highway access and plentiful parking make daily errands and commuting straightforward for many residents. Just north of the park, the 148th Ave NE and NE 76th St intersection hosts a cluster of local gems including Suwon BBQ Korean Restaurant and local favorite Himalayan Kitchen, giving neighbors easy access to diverse and delicious cuisines.
Conveniently located at the northeastern edge of Grass Lawn, this shopping plaza offers practical shopping with Safeway, Bartell Drugs, restaurants, and other services, making it a go-to destination for daily errands right in the neighborhood.
